COMPOSITION:

Every 1ml contains 100mg of Testosterone Propionate in oil base carrier and Benzyl alcohol 1%

DOSAGE:

Testosterone Propionate is administered by intramuscular injection. It must not be given intravenously.

Intramuscular injections should be given deep in the gluteal muscle.

Males: the suggested dosage varies, depending on the age, sex, and diagnosis of the individual patient. Dosage is adjusted according to the patient’s response and the appearance of adverse reactions, and maintance doses should be the minimum the produce adequate effect. Replacement therapy in androgen-deficient males should be in the range of 25-50 mg 2  or 3 times a week. Larger doses can be given by the doctor depending on the case.

Females: In inoperable carcinoma of the breast, temporary palliation may be obtained in some cases by the therapy with androgens. A dosage of 50-100 mg of testosterone propionate administered intramuscularly 3 times weekly is recommended.

Propiolic

Propolic (Testosterone propionate) is a male sexual hormone with pronounced, mainly androgenic action, possessing the biological and therapeutic properties of the natural hormone. In a healthy male organism, androgens are formed by the testes and adrenal cortex. It is normally produced in women in small physiological quantities.
In addition to the specific action that determines the sexual characteristics of the individual, it also has a general anabolic action, manifested in enhancement of protein synthesis. Under the effect of testosterone, body weight increases and urea excretion is reduced. High doses suppress the production of hypophyseal gonadotropin, while low doses stimulate it. It has an antitumor effect on mammary gland metastases.
